Life is an interesting cycle of learning, unlearning and relearning. How excited we are as parents when our baby displays antics and worried when the repetitive behavior changes into a new action. In a baby’s daily routine, most actions other than food and cleansing rituals, are spontaneous. And that’s what charms their caregivers.Growing up years or the formative years of all developments-cognitive, affective and psychomotor- depend largely on what the child is being exposed to both by the parents and school.  The world is derecognizing existing ways of learning. The pedagogies have evolved keeping in view the needs of all kinds of learners. Jobs are constantly evolving. This paradigm shift is an enabler for us to create the right learning environment.
